Roath ABA Boxing Club
Roath Youth ABC has been part of Cardiff’s amateur boxing story since the 1980s, developing boxers who went on to represent Wales.
Gary Pemberton and Tony Khan have guided Welsh vest winners through the club. Boxing technique and demanding fitness sessions are central to its training.
People from all walks of life are welcome. Come to learn the basics, build fitness or work towards amateur competition.
