Dojo and room hire

Room 1 hosts martial arts, Muay Thai, kickboxing and fitness. It is available for hire on Sundays and between classes. Contact us for availability.

Boxing room

Room 2 has a boxing ring, bags, gloves and mitts, and hosts boxing, Muay Thai and charity boxing training.

After training

A sauna, sunbed, and a relaxation area with tea, coffee and refreshments. Ask reception about availability.

Rooftop parking

Rooftop parking is available for members.
