Main coach. Founder. World champion.
Denzil held the WKA World Welterweight title from 1992 to 1996. Across 60 professional fights, he won 52, including 34 knockouts.
After fighting around the world, he wanted a training environment with everything under one roof. He opened Ultimate Fitness Centre Cardiff in July 2007.
With more than 45 years of experience across kung fu, kickboxing and boxing, Denzil has coached multiple world champions.
Today he teaches kids kickboxing, kickboxing, boxing and pad work, as well as personal training.
His white collar boxing work raised over £150,000 for Help for Heroes and earned several Pride of Britain nominations. Nation Radio named him Community Coach of the Year in 2016, the year UFCC appeared in the TV series City Road.
In 2017 he joined the UK Martial Arts Hall of Fame and received a fundraising certificate from Help for Heroes founder Brian Perry OBE. In September 2018, the South Wales Echo named him number 58 among its 100 Icons of Black Wales.

Nick has trained in boxing, kickboxing and K1 for more than 15 years. He is an amateur boxing coach and a qualified professional boxing referee.
Nick teaches kickboxing and K1 at Cardiff Kickboxing Club, including classes for children and young people of all abilities.
