Mum Tums is a full body low impact workout, involving a mixture of circuits, weights, abs and stretching. This class is primarily aimed at Mums, but we welcome all ladies to join us! The class includes a variety of levels with women of all ages and abilities.

The instructor Harley sets the pace but will ensure you feel comfortable and encouraged during the class, meaning we welcome new mummy’s, those in their earlier stages of pregnancy and those simply trying to started.
